Example: 2000 sq. ft. home = 100 + (2000 x 0.05) = 200$

10-15 photos: 75$

150$ - including 5-15 HDR images of the exterior and any additional features the property might offer.

Base fee 60$ + 6% of square footage of property.
Example: 3500 sq. ft. home = 60$ + (3500 x 0.06) = 270$
Virtual Staging
Have a home that is empty but would look better with the right decorations and furniture? Don’t want to pay for actual staging of the property? This is your solution!
Less than 10 images = 35$ per image
Between 10 and 20 = 32$ per image
More than 20 = 30$ per image
